About Pairline
Pairline is a reading tool for people learning a language. It works on the webpages you already read and adds a second line under the original sentences.
It is not a translation app
Pairline does not replace a page with another language. The original text stays exactly where it is and the help sits underneath it, so you keep reading the real thing.
How it works
Pairline uses Chrome's built-in translation on your device. Your settings and cache stay in your browser, and page text is not sent to Pairline.
Who it is for
People who read content in another language and want help understanding it as they go. Reddit has enhanced support today; other reading pages are supported in beta.
Where it is today
Pairline is in public beta. The reading layer works today. Vocabulary memory and review are planned for later versions.
